Silvia Prigitano – Head veterinary surgeon, Vets 4 Pets. St Albans.
I want to thank Anita Kelsey, cat behaviour consultant, who was suggested to me by another vet as a reliable cat behaviourist who is a member of the CFBA (Canine and Feline Behaviour Association)
I have been through a difficult situation with my cat Juice, a special needs cat. He is a cat with aggression issues and I was on the edge of letting him go as I couldn’t handle him anymore.
Since I have contacted Anita the process had been very smooth. Within a couple of weeks we organised a home consultation and have been in weekly contact. She is currently helping me find him a new home for Juice.
I am applying, on a daily basis, the suggestions Anita has given me to enrich Juice’s environment, to change his diet, medication and various other little things that will help to establish a better relationship with Juice.
I feel very satisfied about the experience because Anita is a very knowledgeable behaviourist, reliable, presentable and very kind (Think she has a feline soul). The consultation comes at a fairly high cost but it has been worth it.
I will definitely suggest her cat behaviour consultation services to clients with cat behavioural issues. I am a veterinary surgeon myself and I have already referred her a case.
