I was very happy with the groom today. I thought you did a lovely job on the two cats, both of whom were new to the grooming experience. I was particularly impressed with how concerned you were for the cats welfare throughout the process. The cats both look all lovely and silky now and gone are the yukky matted bits. Hopefully over time my two drama queens will settle into it-mybe even a bath next time.
