Anita was very professional, arriving with a full grooming kit and able to set up straight away in our kitchen. She was incredibly friendly and as soon as she met our cats she took out treats for them to enjoy and toys for them to play with. She quickly worked to groom our Maine Coon cross, showing us exactly how to do it ourselves and had excellent tips for getting her settled. When our cat got a bit fed up of being groomed she let her walk away and calm down a bit before carrying on after she had settled. She very clearly knew exactly what she was doing, and gave us helpful advice on the types of grooming tools to use as well as how to effectively use each one. The entire experience including settling down for lunch and a chat only lasted about an hour, which was much faster than I had originally anticipated. We had an exceptional experience that we are very happy with and I will definitely be recommending Anita to all the cat owners in London I know!
