Great communication from Anita from the start. We have a fluffy ginger cat who had started to get quite matted in places and we were having trouble grooming him. He can be quite jumpy and nervy around strangers so I was unsure how he was going to take to being groomed! However Anita was incredibly patient and skilled in keeping him calm and distracted, managing to remove his matts and provide a positive experience for him. She also showed me what grooming tools to get in the future to allow us to keep on top of his grooming. Great job all round! Many thanks!
