Our 13 year old recently rescued cat Flossie had not been grooming herself thoroughly, or allowing us to groom her properly. As a result her long, thick coat had become matted in patches & needed expert attention. We knew Flossie could be a tricky customer & it was very important to us that she was not distressed by the grooming process. We found Anita to be extremely calm & professional, & her grooming skills were thorough & efficient. She removed all the mats using the quietest clippers & thoroughly combed through the rest of the coat to remove all the loose fur. She was not remotely phased by Flossie’s grumpiness, & her wellbeing was Anita’s primary concern throughout. We think she did a wonderful job! Flossie is far more comfortable & is already grooming herself much more than before. We would recommend Anita 100%, & will definitely contact her next time Flossie’s coat needs attention.’
