Anita was really patient and gentle with my cat Loki. It’s the first time he’d ever had a groom and naturally he was a little worried at times. Not once did Anita force Loki to do anything he did not want to and we took regular breaks whenever he seemed a little stressed. So pleased with the result and I cannot recommend Anita highly enough.
